The staff there are funny as can be, the doctor himself is accurate of giving results of exam. I've had no problmes with the staff or the doctor himself, however, they hardly ever take patients on time.
I haven’t been to this doctor in 5 years yet they just sent a bill to my house claiming I was there a year ago. This office needs to be reported for fraudulent behavior. They make up appointments to charge people and double charge as well. My mother who has been a long time patient recently realized that they were adding in old charges that were already paid to new bills.
Cover your self. Un necessary appointments. Saving your receipts because they charge twice. Unprofessional staff.
Best doctor ever, my whole family see doctor Sappal from past 12 years. Very nice cooperative and perfect in diagnosis.
