Extremely disappointing experience, particularly with the dealership’s handling of my registration and follow-up customer service. I leased a new Volkswagen and was assured that my New York plates would arrive before my temporary registration expired. $1,200 FOR “TIRE PROTECTION” THAT APPARENTLY DOESN’T PROTECT TIRES I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Balise Volkswagen. When I purchased my new VW ID.4, Finance Manager Damien strongly encouraged me to purchase the additional tire protection package. His sales pitch was very specific: with all the potholes in Rhode Island, I needed this protection.
