Romeo is a number 10 in my book. From start to finish he explained and reviewed all facets of the car in an understandable manner. He knows his cars. It was a pleasure working with him. Do your best to keep him!!!
I wasn't initially sure if I wanted a VW, however, Romeo asked that if I just gave him a few minutes, he could show me why a VW would be the best choice. In fact it was and I am extremely happy! The dealership was busy, yet I still felt seen and heard!

Edit: We just got the second car from them. Still great. Thanks guys. Original: Romeo and Ron were fantastic. Easy to work with, clear and concise, and no pressure. We bought 2 new cars in one week and it was a pleasurable experience, especially considering all the paperwork and hassles when buying a new car.
Kevin and Ron were fantastic, and they made the process completely painless. The car is a gem. I did buy used CPO, and wish the interior was cleaned a bit better when I drove off the lot. I think the extra detail would have put the deal over the top.
