Thank You to Corey the technician, Gabby in Service, Genady, Karen, and Mathias in Sales, and Manny in Finance. Corey was willing to squeeze my car in before his lunch and able to tackle a issue with my Toyota App, Gabby was very friendly and kept in touch with me, Genady, Karen, and Mathias always greet me even though I’m just there for service. I have nothing but good things to say about Balise Toyota. Starting with the receptionist, then the sales person, and finally the woman that walked me through every detail in my new vehicle……. (Carol) . Everyone was wonderful! This is the second Toyota RAV4 I’ve purchased from them. I am leasing this time, but the first one I purchased was 13 years old when I traded it in. I traded it for a different type of vehicle, but after a year, I decided to go back and get the RAV4 again.
They lied to me on the phone about their brake fluid flush price, They said it was 110+ tax and then the total came to 129. They squeezed me out of another $10 SOME BULLSHIT SHOP FEE Which the service department never bothered to mention to me in the beginning when I was on the phone asking for the price!!!!! bad business practice!!!!! stay away from Balise, their big-time liars, there DISHONEST!!!!!
