I had a superb customer service experience with Balise Toyota today. When I described my issue to the service writer, he said "you don't need to go through the shop to get that fixed." He helped me buy the right part at the parts counter, then showed me how to install it, and I was on my way in under 10 minutes and 10 dollars. Obviously it was a very simple, external repair - but he could have sent me through the shop anyway. I really appreciate good customer service!
Unfortunately, my experience here was not good. The salesperson Mark Robar was very dismissive of what I wanted and told me I had "no option but to buy what was in stock." They even claimed they couldn't order or locate the vehicle I was looking for, which turned out to be false — another dealership, Lia Toyota of Wilbraham found it for me quickly and without issue.
