I purchased my car on 8/7. Second.car I bought from.this car dealership. Positives: LEO AND MANNY GREAT SERVICE! Leo was my salesman and Manny handled the finance portion. Worst service department ever! Had to bring my vehicle there four times for the same problem. I finally had to call Toyota direct then I went to pickup up my vehicle after leaving it overnight I showed at 4 pm it still wasn’t ready had to wait almost an hour more to get my vehicle back now there is a scratch in the door this my third new tundra from them and my last!

Cannot reach their service department to schedule a service. On hold for 20+ minutes each time then they just hang up! Online scheduling doesn’t work ether.
