Be careful when taking a loaner car. We were given a damaged lexus and upon returning it their service manager placed a claim with my insurance for damage we did not do. Be extra careful.
Sold my wife a lemon. AC was broke, fan in engine broke and trunk is broke and won’t close. Don’t go here, it’s obviously a lemon dealership. Also they weren’t skilled enough to fix anything and had to send it out to two different places to be fixed.
Frustrating experience with the service department at Ford of Wilbraham, specifically John. I went there three times just to get a clear quote for a water pump replacement on my Ford Explorer. Visit 1: John quoted around $2,200. Visit 2: I asked him to confirm, and he added there may be up to $200 in incidentals (gaskets, fluids, etc.).
