BUYERS BEWARE — especially families working hard to save for a dependable vehicle. This VW was purchased from Balise Honda of West Warwick only 4 months ago, and less than 1,000 miles later the A/C compressor failed — about a $1,600 repair. An extended warranty was purchased too, but apparently the A/C isn’t covered. What hurts most is how hard people work and save to buy a car.
