Sales department was great to work with. They went above and beyond to get us into our truck that they had to have shipped from another dealership. Great experience would recommend!
I picked up the vehicle & did not make it more than 3 or 4 miles before noticing very odd noises & clunkiness in the steering. I turned around & came back for the team to look at what could be causing this. After about a half hour the truck came back to the service entrance & the service techs told the service rep & myself that the lug nuts where not torqued, rather hand tight. Clearly the quality control is lacking. This could have caused a terrible accident on the road or worse. I will look to other service centers moving ... read more

Great service Department! Chris and Mike are very helpful and informative. They kept me informed with texts and a full video of what was being done to my truck. I wouldn’t take my Ford F 350 to anyone else but Balise Ford of Hyannis. Top notch service!!
