Attentive, professional, and timely. They listened to me and what i thought was wrong, I have turned more than my share of wrenches over the years. Service Dept. representative Rick said that the mechanice would perform a full evaluation to make certain there were no other problems. Turns out I was confirmed to be correct. Timely, other than waiting for the mechanics to return from lunch, my issue was resolved in about 30 minutes. I was traveling on the day so this really helped me keep my trip moving.
Showed up for a scheduled 8am appointment for oil change and recall work. Was welcomed in and helped by a service advisor immediately. The waiting area/service lounge was well lit with many seating options. Clean restrooms were available nearby Was on my way an hour later.
Edison was fantastic. No pressure, pleasure to work with. Handled everything quick and efficient. Highly recommend working with Edison!!!! 👍👍
