I told them what was wrong with my truck and the communication was great via text and phone calls.
We bought a new ford bronco sport. We were told that the tires were run flats and since it didn’t come with a spare we thought run flats were good so we wouldn’t have an issue not having the spare. Well less that 2 weeks after buying the car we get a nail in the tire. We call a tire store looking for a run flat tire and the shop kept saying our tires weren’t run flats.
