My daughter, with 3 children under 8, was in need of a good, solid SUV...fast. Well no problem there... I looked on line at the Balise Ford website and up came the perfect choice. Balise Ford was great. We are on a cross country road trip and the vehicle we tow behind the RV, a 2025 Lincoln Nautilus was dead. We were towed to Balise Ford and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it by 11:00 am, all after being told they had no appointments and were booked a week out. Their understanding and professionalism was appreciated! We were back on the road that afternoon- and all this was done in the middle of a nor’easter. Excellent service department and Rick was an attentive service writer!
