I am absolutely livid right now. I got my car washed, waxed and the express interior cleaning. Imagine my surprise when they told me my car was done and there were scratch marks all over it, some deep! Also there is a patch of some sticky substance left on the vehicle. When I asked the employee what happened, he shrugged and walked away. I looked for a manager, but didn't see one. What will balise do to fix the damage your carwash has done to my less than a year old car?!

Hello Tony, I just want to congratulate you on your crew at Springfield car wash! I washed my car there a few days ago and I was impressed how much they took time to actually prep my car and make sure it was clean. I am very satisfied with their service over there!
