If I could give 0 stars I would. The nurses are awesome. Dr. Balin herself is rude and dismissive. She had no manners and referred to my health insurance as “welfare insurance”. I’ll be asking my PCP for new eye doctor referral.
Look closely at the bills you receive! Out of the air comes fees (not covered by insurance of course) that are clearly a sign of pure "GREED"!! "Service fees" extend themselves through standard exams. Ask questions and don't be so agreeable to their additional, unnecessary fees!! Also, staff will just hang up when "they" are done talking...very rude. It takes 1-2 weeks for a simple request to be answered after calling repeatedly. No business morals. We will be going to a more ethical eye physician from here.
