Dr. Balin’s office is highly professional from the moment you walk in the office. The eye exam is thorough and Dr Balin explains the results very clearly. I had cataract surgery with the implanted lens 2 years ago and still have 20/20 vision.

From the office staff, techs, and docs; all are friendly, helpful, and competent. I have been going to this practice for more years than I can remember. I feel like my very complicated eyes are being well taken care of and I would not go anywhere else.
The first time I went, I felt Dr. Balin was moderately rude. Other staff members and the other doctor were nice. The last time I went, which was a couple of years ago, but still quite memorable, I felt downright disdain from Balin towards me and other patients. There was a significant wait time, and some eldery patients especially were not being given adequate attention. I am posting this review now because I need to go back to an eye doctor, and I'm looking for a new one.
