I love dr bali and the back office staff. But the front desk lady who is still new. She does not understand insurance or how to run it. Every month I go to visit we have the same conversation and my claims are not being submitted to my secondary insurance. I work in insurance and I know how every works and what needs to be done. Other than that I appreciate dr Bali and the back office staff so much.
Love dr Bali and staff when I first met them I was in big time trouble with my weight I was pushing almost weighing 700 pounds I had to loose weight before surgery I weighed 549 when I had my lap band I now weigh 340 what a big diff in my life I have 100 more. Pounds to go I can't wait thanks dr Bali for giving me my life back
Best surgeon ever! Had my surgery last Friday and I didn't even feel like I've had surgery. Love him and his staff!
