What a wonderful experience from the time of booking to exiting the salon! I had called up a different nail salon nearby prior, and the man who answered their phone was just down right rude despite their high ratings. I immediately hung up the phone and decided to reach out to Bali Nails. I don’t remember if I caught the owner’s name, but I believe she answered the phone and she was such an angel! Night and day. I couldn't make it in time for my original nail appointment somewhere else, so I stopped here instead as a walk in. My technician did an absolutely wonderful job with my pedicure and was very kind and conversational. I didn't catch her name, but she had some beautiful tattoos. This is honestly the first place I've gone to that tear up my nails either. Highly recommend!

I recently had an acrylic overlay and gel polish done. I did enjoy my appointment, however within a few days the color felt weird and then it started to lift. I also left with some brush strokes in the nail color. Overall ok, but bummed it didn't last a week.
