I’ve been coming to this salon for the past three years and have always had great experiences—until now. Unfortunately, this recent visit was so disappointing that I won’t be returning. I believe the technician’s name was Michael, and the entire appointment felt rushed and careless. From the start, he was extremely aggressive with my nails. This place made me cry at the age of 16, and again in my mid 30s after not going for two decades. Once was for being cut several times and in pain which was ignored and the nail tech told me not to say anything or she would lose her job. The second time was for a man lecturing me for having wine at the sushi restaurant next door. God forbid I am finally able to enjoy myself after being bedridden and unable to walk for an entire year a week before getting my nails done. The salon is always spotless, and they take hygiene very seriously. I feel completely safe and comfortable getting my nails done here.
Rose charged me for a delux pedicure and only gave me a regular. I knew they'd scam us as they tried to up charge us the entire time. Don't go here.
