I love the hand drawn mini cards; we have had good experiences here with a considerate group of folks on staff helping us make gift baskets for small groups and even chasing down items we saw in New York City street markets like Union Square for much lower costs. Thanks!

Very disappointed this is the first time ever that I've been to Balis that they are closed when they are supposed to be open. I've been mant times before with great experiences and love the products. I walked around for an hour waiting for them to open (when they should've been half an hour before I first tried to visit them) and still nobody here. The site was easy to use, the items arrived quickly and the bracelets come in their own little gift boxes with a description about the stones used .
