I hate leaving bad reviews, but I feel like I need to share my experience. I’ve been going to this salon for about five years, and unfortunately my recent visit is the reason I won’t be returning. I asked for a subtle money piece, but my stylist insisted on doing a color-block halo instead. I only agreed to using a rose-gold pink toner if my hair lifted to a level 8.
