Awesome staff and Dr Balhoff is very professional. Went here for my braces and also my oldest son and now my youngest son. We love them.
I love these folks! My son is being treated by Dr Balhoff and his staff. This evening, one of the appliances came loose to the point where my son couldn’t eat. We called the office after hours and the on call staff didn’t hesitate to come back to the office to help him. 100% on customer service and attention to the customer!
Everyone is so incredibly nice! They go above and beyond to find a payment plan that works for you and what route is best for your teeth! They spent forever on the phone for me finding a dentist that accepts my insurance (apparently it is not popular down here lol). Saving me from frustration and a lot of confusion. I could literally spill on forever about how much I already love this office and everyone in it. I am so appreciative to Dr. Balhoff and his staff ❤️

Such a great place ! My daughter has only been seeing Dr Balhoff for a few months but we are never disappointed. He is so kind and explains everything so well . The entire staff is wonderful! Always so friendly and cheerful. We love going . I would definitely recommend him to all my friends and family.
