BAD, BAD, BAD CHOICE!!! If you have a large family....DO NOT USE the TruCare hospice facility of Balfour. They are way understaffed, scheduled pain meds were not given on time to my Mother, resulting in agonizing pain for her and horrible stress and sadness for my family. The facility director is the most un-compassionate person I have ever had the displeasure of meeting and basically told my family we were not welcome because we are a large family....as a result, my Mother died without the people who should have been by her... read more
