Balfour Place is a very, well-kept property, in my opinion. The staff is friendly and professional; maintenance is always prompt when needed. The grounds are kept clean, and it's quiet!! A great location, close to freeway & shopping. I've been here only a year, but plan to stay for many more!!
I was shocked when I noticed a a review that was posted on the web in regards to the Balfour Place Apartments in Reno NV that was dated back in 2008. My question is if you were that unhappy with the property why did you stay?? I have lived here over 6 years and I state your wrong. Maintenance staff is right there when I have called for repairs. I have been very happy with the staff here at Balfour Place. There is no guns fired on this property.I would recommend this complex to anyone with or without children all units are pe... read more
