BALFOUR AND GLACIER PROPERTY MGMNT = LIARS AND THIEVES – I lived at Balfour Place apartments in downtown Seattle for one year. It was a HORRID place to live for several reasons. Not only is the location and building HORRID, the so-called "management" team at Balfour and Glacier LIED TO ME AND STOLE FROM ME. I agree, much better. – This place is so much better than it was, its nice coming home to a clean building. Yes people do some crazy things in apartment buildings, but they are always cleaning the place and it shows. If you are looking for a great location, rates and a place that shows its always being cleaned...check it out. I moved in just a few months ago, but read some information on line, I have not see any issues since I moved in. Its clean, affordable so hell i give the place 5 stars. lol
Great place – I have lived here for a while, with the new management things are MUCH better. They keep the place up, hell even the manager opens the door for you if he is anyplace near the door...thats kewl. The place is much cleaner, and although the elevators have been a problem for a VERY long time, they are actually addressing the problem, the previous management left the elevators down a long time. Its very nice to see the change.
