I purchased a letterman jacket that was over $400 in 2022. First of all, the silver glitter I ordered for my last name peeled off the first day I wore it. It was nothing that I wanted. The Balfour representative pressured me into getting the vinyl sleeves instead of the leather sleeves. He seemed irritated and in a rush. Not only that, when my mom called them to see if there's anything we could do to fix the jacket, they were rude and wouldn't help her. Ordered a letterman jacket. The rep changed the order form the day of without my permission (I'm the one paying). When the jacket came in the patches on the sleeves were horrible. Save yourself, go anywhere else.
