DO NOT MOVE HERE!! THEY TOWED MY OWN CAR OUTSIDE MY OWN APARTMENT … just because my sticker got stolen. Management could have looked up on dmv to check if it up to date and they didn’t… I PAID $575 to get my car out the lot. Infested with roaches. Management will charge you insane fees while the facility is falling apart. Trash bins are disgusting and a big pole with a 10inch nail is conveniently placed to get injured. The little kids even put sticks inside cars exhaust pipes… Im pretty sure there is black mold but they just paint of it and say its damage…. Jeanni is the best. She made the moving in process so smooth. She was very helpful and attentive and most of all she is very understanding.
I’ve been in my apartment for 9 years so I’ve had my share of leasing agents. The property itself isn’t bad, you just get what you pay for. I can say though I absolutely love Erika. She’s the only one that has been consistent. My work orders are usually seen quickly and if not she communicates very well. She’s also taken pride in spending time in the neighborhoods, talking to us, providing snacks and seeing what we need. To know her is to love her.
