Do not recommend. If you have the option to pick a different company, I would definitely do just that! My daughter’s jacket came in with 8 patches- 2 of which were totally different than she wanted. They would not change the patches at their cost. They wanted me to pay for the patches. I had already spent $500 on said jacket!! The representative gave us the wrong item number to put on the form so somehow that is my fault. You would think they would have accommodated us since we did spend $500 on the jacket!
Any alternative please reach out! It’s something VERY sinister about this place! I was on deployment for most of the school year. I can back April. In time for the school’s ending for my son’s senior year. I go on the we sit to order a cap & gown and there’s none in stock. I asked the school for information (Jersey Village). That was a very condescending response from the school, but I called Balfour & found out they will be at the school selling them for almost $80.00! My son’s letterman jacket came today and I’m so pleased! It came in an orderly fashion and looks spectacular! Very grateful for the honor and privilege!
Okay I'm ticked. I order and pay for my sons cap and gown for his HS graduation back in November. They have an option on the order form to have it shipped to somewhere other than the school so I choose this option and ask for it to be delivered to my home. The reason is because the school will ONLY allow the students to use CADY for graduation photos in a cap and gown and then charge ridiculous amounts for packages or even proofs.
