I was referred by a good friend that has seen Dr. Cave for a long time. I came to him with a severe injury. His attention to my communications were excellent. His procedures always provided relief. I would recommend him without hesitation. The office staff is exceptional.

Dr. Cave is just the best. I have had a sciatica pain for a long time, tried medication, and acupuncture but it didn't work. I've only had 4 sessions with Dr. Cave and I feel alot better. I'm happy with the progress
Feb 6, 2026 Dr. Scott Cave, at Balfour, is excellent and surprising. I went to him about increasing back pain that makes it impossible to sleep without pain killers. I was also trying to work around "piriformis pain" that I've had for years. Dr. Cave's procedure is to really examine your muscles with hands that know how your muscles should feel. This review is a bit late..sorry. Dr. Cave is the absolute best. I had sciatica and hip pain problems that my doctor referred me to P.T and a pain doctor. The physical therapy did nothing at all. Just a big waste of time. The pain doctor just talked about possible surgery... I was at my wits end. I was losing my mind with such pain. My husband suggested a chiropractor. I chose Dr. Cave.
