I have parents at the Balfour Cherrywood. I have been most impressed by the team of caregivers at this memory care residence. In comparison, I have toured several other facilities in another state, and also have direct experience with my parents who previously lived in other lesser facilities in Colorado. The *ladies* here are Very lazy. I went for a tour with my mom and I observed how disrespectful are this gals specially the front door lady .caregivers who works for this Institute are super rude .They speak in Spanish and bullying elderly people.the building is gorgeous but I will not pay for this place .
I went to visit my sister in the morning.The caregiver who works in the morning is an insolent individual.The group of gals are laughing at my disabled sister and they gossip all day.its very clear they are only for a paycheck.my sister was soak on pee and poo.I like Mason the gentleman at night.The manager and the people at the dinning room are scary individuals who don't care about my sister and others I saw elderly people walking without shoes.I saw an old caregiver who is laughing and throwing dishes to the clients .the ... read more
