AC broke. Took 4 technicians before the last one identified the compressor was bad. Part has to be ordered and told they have to find AC window units to help to cool house. I have paid $1,710 a month for 5 years. That's right, I have paid $102,600 to this company and this is the response we get to our AC Problem. Not to mention we have all our family and friends coming in for a graduation.
This is the worst privatized housing company I had ever lived under! The first problem we had, is a tech for a work order leaving our front door open and letting out my two pets. The second problem was the leasing agent for Balfour Beatty decided to change our clearing time from 2pm to 9am, did not clearly state that to us, showed up at our house and LOOKED IN OUR WINDOWS while we still legally lived here and were sleeping downstairs! Their office is closed for covid meaning the manager flings the door open like she's on fire, and asks you what you want. She even has the Karen haircut to match. I don't understand why you'd work with the general public if you have a sour attitude.
