Please do yourself a favor and use your BAH money for somewhere else to live I can say the area is nice and the base itself has great amities but the housing is sub par full of spots of mold and no where to park if you stay in lake terrace. As for me and my family we regretted not taking the time to find a real home in Pensacola. We had a major flea issue. But a positive I could say is that they use the best out of the home space.
