During the year we spent here we found the maintenance and housing team to be very responsive. The buildings are old and built in the 1970s and did have extensive maintenance histories of many pages - however in our case we discovered that is because the maintenance teams promptly respond usually within 1-2 days for any maintenance requests. This is the worst housing community I’ve ever lived in being in the Navy. I would rather put myself in a uncermountable amount of debt buying a house then to ever do that again. The staff are rude, about the only thing they have going is the maintenance guys are actually very professional. The navy try’s to fix the issue but it’s almost forgone to address anyone military related in housing. Not to mention the house condition when I moved in was not perfect like they say.
