Ellen Lane and Rustin are by far the best staff to work with here. This was my 4th time with military housing. They went out of their way to accommodate my family and made sure the move-in/move-out process went off without a hitch. I have already recommended them to any service members that are looking to stay on base and I recommend it just because of Ellen and Rustin. Thank you/God Bless you both.
After months of working to be reunited with my family and find us a home to move into I met Amber. She was very helpful getting my family a home and she went above and beyond when it came to getting the job done! She was able to get my family moved in sooner than planned and she worked through the day with no internet. Amber was absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! Her level of empathy and professionalism was impeccable and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be in charge of our move out! She made the entire process as smooth as she possibly could and even went ABOVE AND BEYOND when we had a slight issue. During the year we spent here we found the maintenance and housing team to be very responsive. The buildings are old and built in the 1970s and did have extensive maintenance histories of many pages - however in our case we discovered that is because the maintenance teams promptly respond usually within 1-2 days for any maintenance requests. Despite being built in the 1970s, we thought the floors looked modern and the attic hvac and thermostat were renovated. The homes are much better than the history of maintenance records ... read more
