We have been a navy family for 12 years and this is by far the worst housing office we have ever worked with. They do not communicate with their residents at all. I have called and left voice mails, and recieved no calls back. I have to babysit them on work orders- (Our dishwasher broke and it took them 2½ weeks to fix because the part came it, they just did not call us to let us know.) They should have a nice warning before moving in I am not sure how people aren’t aware of this issue. They need to be addressed mice homes all over my kids closet
If you love mice move in!!! Ever since I moved in there has been holes on the bottom of my walls from mice!!! Should’ve been closed before move in. Never have I lived with mice here I cleaned my closet downstairs boom more mice poop it’s a never ending nightmare. Housing can’t help really all they do is call pest they just set traps I can do that as well then I am stuck throwing away mice constantly.
I’ve loved living on base! I opted to live here while in training. The front office team was fantastic and flexible during move in. Living in an older house, issues crop up periodically and the maintenance guys are consistently friendly and helpful. Steve came over this morning to help with a quick fix within a half hour of me calling maintenance; I’ve never lived somewhere with maintenance that responsive.
