Balfour is one of the worst companies that I've ever dealt with! From the ordering process, to the inconsistencies of the representatives who answer calls, absolutely awful. I'm almost in Aw of how unprofessional they are and I choose not to post a bad comment after my last bad experience that I had with them. They do not answer voice mail in a timely manner.
This review is for Balfour that handles graduation supplies. If you have a choice DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!! I ordered a little late and told my daughter would get her necessary materials but the necklace I ordered would not arrive in time for graduation, I was okay with that, but really three and half years later???? Good luck if you use them
