I was amazed one day when i called BalesTek for some information about problems with my dell computer. Even though it wasnt a computer that they sold or built for me, they helped me anyways since the dell tech support was unable to help me after 2 hrs on the phone. These guys are amazing. WOW, i have been shopping all over the place the last few years, then i stumbled across BalesTeks USBNATION.COM website! They have more items then Best Buy, Staples, and Office max put together! Prices are good, they actually CARE about you, they follow the order from the day they get it, till you get it at your door, as well as follow up. Its like OLD TIMES customer service.
