Forget the Rest, HIRE THE BEST!! Bought my first home through them and they sold it for me 4 yrs later for DOUBLE what i paid and ONLY TOOK THEM 2 DAYS & HAD MULTIPLE OFFERS!!! It was listed Thursday evening and sold the following Saturday!! HAD 3 OFFERS BY NOON!!! The best part is the are even better friends long after the deal is done..
