I have been going to Dr. Bales since I was 12 years old. And I wouldn't change that if I could. She is as flexible as anyone could ever want her to be. Very friendly. Always looked out for me to get the most out of my insurance. Has kids toys in the waiting area so my daughter wasn't bored or getting into things while Bales got my teeth looking right. Quickly too!
