Dr. Bales is the nicest doctor I have ever visited.
Dr Bales reattached my hand bones to my arm bones, for this I am very grateful. He did 2 surgeries, and that is his art, as well as his passion. His communication style is kind, yet curt. His post surgery details should be given in writing, not verbally as he, or I, forgot some things.
Horrible bedside manner. Only cared about cutting and not actually on the patient. Didn't listen to me when I continuously reported pain. Another doctor figured out that I has another wrist tear that Dr. Bales never fixed even though he knew about it.
I am forever impressed with the quality of service, expansive knowledge, consideration and care I received while being a patient of Dr. Bales. I honestly could not say enough wonderful things about this doctor. He helped me recover from a very bad break which necessitated multiple surgeries. In addition to this help, the service of the staff in the front and back "of the house" was exceptional every time. I also really appreciated the efficiency within the office. Highly recommended!
A great Doctor and a person.. bed side manor was great. Sure i wll use him again....
We discussed my problem and optional solutions. We elected surgery as the option. The surgery was complex, but Dr. Bales did an excellent job and the results were excellent. Folow up was also excellent, and his bedside manner is a model for surgeons.
Dr. Bales is an attentive listener. He explains procedures so you know what's coming next. His followup is caring and attentive. On top of that, he is as nice as the day is long.
