Staff is dismissive and lazy. They ignore you because a gratuity is added to the bill. We tried numerous times outside for service and had to badger the staff to serve us pretty poor for 600.00 a night I think they could do better. The food is mediocre but you r some what held captive if you are enjoying the beach. The valet workers were rude as well. I may not drive a Beemer, here, but I tip well when I am taken care of. Sad show of care to the hotel residents
