Go see Austin at Bale! He made everything easy!
They are only focused on making a sale no matter what. We were told by a sales guy that the car we were interested in was still available—we let him know we live an hour away. We get there immediately, only to find out the car had sold that morning, and they lied to make sure we came to the dealership anyway. Once we discovered that, we were no longer interested in buying from their lot. It took over an hour and half for us to escape. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone just based on how they handled this.
I can not type enough good things in order to covey my experience!!! So I'll keep it short and simple, ask for Austin!! He was beyond amazing! Professional, personable, and good vibes all in one! 😊
I bought a cute Toyota Camry from Bale Chevrolet on Friday. It was a very pleasant experience with Austin Grasle as my salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to all my concerns and answered the questions I had. I look forward to buying my kids’ cars with him. Highly recommend his exceptional customer service!
I was sorely disappointed in the most recent visit to have a minor seat belt repair. Nearly $400 for a single seat belt receiver replaced. The receiver would fail to lock about 50% of the time when the male end was inserted. The truck is a 2024 model with 32,000 miles. Should have been under warranty. I've been doing business for 7/8 years with this dealership. First time I left with the impression something has changed internally with this dealership.
