I screwed up Big Time and this is the only thing I can think of to do in order to fix the problem immediately. In October to November 2023 timeframe, Crain Buick GMC received and transferred to Bale Chevrolet a 2016 GMC Canyon with a defective battery and infotainment touch screen. Although stating in CARFAX that the vehicle received a “pre-delivery inspection” the easily detectable issues were passed on to a consumer that later paid $1,400.00 in parts and labor for repairs.
