BUYER BEWARE!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! *** I was told by Brad Bass and his lovely manager that I owed an extra $2000 in addition to my trade in, which is fair. HOWEVER.........They actually tacked on $10,000 with a predatory loan. $3,000 of this was for a warranty I didn't want or need, but I was told I HAD to have to finance. LIE!!!! I AGREED TO BORROW $2,000 ONLY, and the number shown to me by Brad Bass and the paperwork/warranty person was ONLY the monthly payment amount. VERY DECEPTIVE! THEY Should BE ASHAMED!! I had a great experience with Bale recently, buying a 2026 Silverado at a very fair price. Our salesman, Seth Cook, was excellent! He’s very knowledgeable and easy-going— no high pressure sales pitches here. The whole team, including the finance people, were courteous and professional. It made the buying experience much less painful than what I’ve had at other dealerships. I’ll be a return customer!

I have been doing business with Bale Chevrolet for 22 years and this was my 3rd vehicle purchase from the dealership. I told Bradley (salesman)exactly what I was looking for and he took the time to find me one. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have always believed that customer service is very important and Bradley and Bale Chevrolet have proven just that. I am really pleased with my new purchase of my Chevrolet 2500 truck.
