I screwed up Big Time and this is the only thing I can think of to do in order to fix the problem immediately. In October to November 2023 timeframe, Crain Buick GMC received and transferred to Bale Chevrolet a 2016 GMC Canyon with a defective battery and infotainment touch screen. Although stating in CARFAX that the vehicle received a “pre-delivery inspection” the easily detectable issues were passed on to a consumer that later paid $1,400.00 in parts and labor for repairs. They are liars. Would not ever recommend going here. Don’t even waste your time or breathe. Go somewhere worth your time because it’s not bale.
We have had a very bad experience with this dealerhsip. We had talked & made a deal on a tahoe. Went to get a check from the bank and when we returned to finish paying they had already sold the car we just made a deal on. The manage Danny came out of the back and immidietly said “yep it’s sold” He was also the one to confirm the deal with us prior to us going to get the check.
