Had my car towed there last Wednesday, because I had a flat tire. 7 days later, I finally get my car back. I kept being told they hadn’t had a chance to look at my car yet, and then they couldn’t find a tire for my car. Not once did they call me to update me on the status of my car. I had to call multiple times to find out when my car will be done. I took my car in Nov. 10th for repairs to my car. My car was returned to me Dec. 23rd. I begin to contact the office Dec. 1st because I knew my rental limit would be reached soon. I called 6 times, left messages for the manager, requested to speak to the manager, and told the employee I needed my car because I am now paying for my rental. Not once did he offer me a loaner. Great customer service. Said it would take 18 days and got it back about 8 days later. They did a great paint job and body work. John went above and beyond. Thank you! Will for sure be back anytime I need work on my car.
Was told my car would be finished last Friday. Understandably, Friday rolled into Monday, Monday into Tuesday, and so on. Now, it's Thursday and I'm being told the same items that needed to be done yesterday still need to be done today. And thus far, all communication with the shop has been initiated by me. Rick has yet to call ME with a single update. Very frustrated.
My car was repaired back to factory specs and looks really well, no problem with it since it was fixed. Highly recommend this shop!
