Most unprofessional hospital I have EVER been in or dealt with!!! 38 minutes on hold for 1 call today only to be clicked again. Listen to a recording over and over and over as your switched to dept to dept to only get clicked and have to call back. Calling since 5 it’s 11 and I have called a 100 times....to waiting on hold, to listening to the recording over and over as your transferred and then clicked again over and over. They only place you can go with chest pain and sit in the waiting room for 4 hrs and still have 11 people in front of you.. old lest just left with a bad bleed to the head because she couldn’t wait any more hours Up your staff, simple answer for being busy. Terrible terrible terrible.. I was told if I didn’t like the wait go to another hospital. Yup pay up and leave.

9:14 PM 8/27/2020 Let's see how long this is up. St Joe's doesn't respond to "request for help" posts here. Social Media people delete negative posts. Mine from 1:48pm 08/27/2020 disappeared. I saw in REVIEWS, this is their procedure. So I posted here. Unfair and dishonest! Look at the positive comments, very general (You're great! So kind!) often misspelled and grammatically incorrect. They're fakes. No one gives praise without specifics. Problems like: I got a $200. surprise bill after being told the MRI was covered, - poo... read more
