They had a vehicle on E-bay so we called to just buy it out right. They had a reserve on it. We offered them $300 over the reserve. ($3800) They would not sell it for under $4100. We offered $3800.No deal they said. There is no reserve after a $3500 bid was placed. ? are they bidding up there own vehicle or just don't know whats going on in there own dealership.
