Horrible Horrible Horrible Management. I never had a single issue with the previous management company in the 5 years I lived there. I am so glad I ended my lease. I have had to drive all the way to the corporate office twice for answers due to unanswered calls and messages. The first was regarding my lease ending and now I am receiving a water bill almost 2 months after moving. My husband and I have been long time tenants here for the last 5 years. Up until the change in ownership from pristine properties to silverside management, we had a great experience. Pristine properties did a great job managing this place and was always timely and professional to work with. Ever since silverside took over it has really gone down hill. The location is good but that's about it for this place. My fiancee moved in last February and has had several random small issues pop up that she tried to go through the right channels to solve. Toilets really hard to flush, dead birds falling from the over hang, back dividers blowing away in the wind etc. Not one single time did they ever get back to her or confirm anything.
