My husband and I have been long time tenants here for the last 5 years. Up until the change in ownership from pristine properties to silverside management, we had a great experience. Pristine properties did a great job managing this place and was always timely and professional to work with. Ever since silverside took over it has really gone down hill. The location is good but that's about it for this place. My fiancee moved in last February and has had several random small issues pop up that she tried to go through the right channels to solve. Toilets really hard to flush, dead birds falling from the over hang, back dividers blowing away in the wind etc. Not one single time did they ever get back to her or confirm anything. These people are. Unprofessional they did not clean or paint and go mia during move in and time
I spoke to the property manager at length about an upcoming unit. She was happy to answer all of my questions. She was very professional and friendly!
