I spoke to the property manager at length about an upcoming unit. She was happy to answer all of my questions. She was very professional and friendly!

Was told that a property was available. I immediately submitted my application ($65) and received a email at EOB saying Reviewing your application could you send over paystubs. This morning I call and I was informed that the townhome had been giving to someone else. If the property wasn’t available when I called why not just say that. Why have me submit an application and waste my money.
The new property manager Chelsea is very professional and always responds in a timely manner…actually, quite expeditiously! She is very engaged with Baldwin Square :-) Keep up the good work
We absolutely loved our time here. We have two small children and were worried about crying, but our neighbors stated they didn’t hear a thing. On top of that our unit was very spacious and housed all of our items from our previous home during our transition. It was perfect!
