Was my review erased taken down? Why would a company be afraid of a review? Hamlin Terrace, Apartments is problematic at best Rampant violations of marijuana, smoking, cigarette smoking These are cookie cutter, low amenity style apartments, no ventilation and equated appliances There was a run of packages being stolen from UPS and Amazon No resolution was ever found If possible stay away this is the bottom of the barrel

***Edit Jan 2025*** Lease falsely violated (violation dated the 12th, put on our door on the 16th), when addressing the violation was told, by management, that I "throw my wife around" and it causes neighbors (ones we've have to complain about in the past) to feel threatened. So not only will they take a rumor heard by another tenant with reason to lie at face value, but instead of talking to my wife or CALLING THE POLICE (who I've never had to my apartment in the 6yrs I've lived here), they decide the best course of action ... read more

I want to say thank you to the company. I appreciate living in my apartment complex. I favor the structure of the building and private entrance. Also, the clean water and clean environment without pests or mold. The maintenance are handy and diligent. The atmosphere is absolutely safe and there are opportunities to view several of the friendly wildlife. Moving here has helped me focus through school and even land my first job. That is why I say thank you! This is Lavender Forest, reporting.
