I went there and washed my Tesla twice, and each time I have scratched and painted damage on my rear driver sideways rim. I told one of the employees and was told the manager was going to contact me, but it has been five days past, no calls from them.
They TURNED OFF the vacuums with out letting me know while using them. They said they were closed but never mentioned they would shut off or gave a warning but they sure let me pay the wash without letting know. Usually other places give you a heads up before doing some. First and last time.
Great for small cars. Not so great for SUVS. My Kia sorrento car received significant scratches on the window and window trim after routine car washes. . This is the only place I’ve washed my vehicles since they were purchased.
I love this car wash they’re clean and very professional. There is one gentleman his name is Hector. He is great if there is ever an issue I let him know when he takes care of me right away.
