I don't know how the sales team is but I can say the service department needs A LOT of work. They were very accommodating that I needed to drop my car off before I was to be away for a while. But before that I had called to schedule an appointment. Your calls are recorded the recording says but there must not be anyone to listen to the calls. Because you can NOT get ahold of anyone in the service department. You will get a voice mail. You won't get a call back. So after my 3rd or 4th time trying to call I got on the internet... read more

I really had a great experience at Baldwin Subaru. I felt like home because everyone treated me like family. Additionally, I felt that when I left I was given a fair deal on my car. Q and Nick did a fantastic job.
I live in New Orleans, I drove to the dealership on the 3rd to see car, was told I could purchase the next day on the 4th. I informed them I wanted the car. On the 4th I was informed after a long delay he couldn't get back with me because he sold it to someone else then offered me something he knew I did not want. I feel this showed a lack of integrity and very poor customer service. I do not know if this was because I am Black. And I had the cash to complete the deal.
