Two times getting oil changed and they messed up. One time had not put bolt in right and 2nd time to to much .

My wife and I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder SV on 12/4/2023. The car had 2 repairs needed - a new windshield, and a plate on the liftgate that housed the camera and hatch release buttons. We were given a discount to cover the cost of getting the windshield repaired ourselves, and were ensured that the liftgate part should arrive early the following week.
