I cannot explain enough how dissapointed and frustrated I am! Baldwin did our appraisal for refinancing (the company was picked through our lender). The appraiser arrived and said he will check the outside of the house first. I let the door unlocked and said that he can let himself back in. I was working while he looked at the house so did not really pay a lot of attention until the end when he left.
