Lost my glasses in the gulf 2 days into vacation and Baldwin Optical saved the week. Got my current prescription from my Optometrist and was able to get a replacement pair the same day. Wonderful customer service! Thank you!
We love Baldwin Optical! They have fit both of our kids for glasses and every time they are so kind. They are fast and every pair has been fantastic.
When I needed new glasses for school in a pinch, Baldwin Optical was there for me. Now, I not only have a great pair of glasses that look and feel great - I can see the board in all my classes! I drive to Baldwin optical from Gulf Shores. The owner, Steven Bohm, is friendly and accommodating. The doctor, Elizabeth Robson, is so nice and caring. Just today she saw me for an emergency. The entire staff is there to help you both with your eye health and contacts and glasses need. They make sure you get the most affordable option possible. I highly recommend Baldwin Optical.
Can’t say enough good things about this entire office. I’m going through a rough patch in life right now and my glasses broke unexpectedly and they went above and beyond to help me out. To say I’m extremely grateful is an understatement, thank you all and God Bless!
