We used Harry Baldwin to lay new wood flooring and to finish the hard wood floors. He was professional and friendly, which I appreciated greatly. He beautifully put the flooring in but had some difficulty in cutting the wood properly to meet the walls. We received bids from several other companies but because Baldwin Floors came in with the lowest bid AND he came recommended, we used him.
