Usually my pooch shakes every time she goes to the Vet which is normal for a lots of pets and when I took her to this place the Dr. was fantastic!!! I’ve been using BHAH for over thirty years ever since Dr Dattner and Dr Kates had worked together. The staff is always friendly and helpful and Dr McGowen is absolutely fantastic. They really care about the pets they’re treating. I wouldn’t think of ever going anywhere else, I’m sure Dr Dattner is very thrilled to have left the practice in such capable hands when he retired.
I am new to the area and a friend recommended Baldwin Harbor Animal Hospital and I couldn't be happier. Dr McGowan was so amazing with my babies, especially my dog with autoimmune diseases. I highly recommend them!

Beautiful office, great personnel and they take very good care of the animals. They even called us at home to be sure we understood the medication instructions.
