The apartments here are spacious and the landscaping is always neat. My interaction with the staff to include the maintenance and office crew has always been excellent. If you’re thinking about getting a place here, I would suggest a fully remodeled apartment though I know the price is significantly more than an original unit. The thing is, the original units are very old and were never kept up. This apartment complex is quiet and our neighbors were friendly. However the management and super were unprofessional. They only sprayed once and the apartment had roaches. I can't live with roaches. There was a leak in the ceiling and it turned in the movie "Dark Water". The super "Jorge" entered our apartment without warning while my teenage daughter was home alone. It's borderline predatory.

The worst customer service skills. I have been calling for months to get an apartment and I always have a bad interaction with the staff of Baldwin Gardens. I was told multiple times an apartment was available then when I call again the same day or the next day to get more information they have no clue what I’m talking about. Horrible.. false advertisement. If your not paying 2400 a month your apartment is old no work done to the apartment!! If your tub is yellow don’t take it it’s more than likely to have a plumbing issue that Stephanie could care less about! The one thing I hate the most is that when you call there’s NO emergency staff... the office is in PHILADELPHIA. And Jorge is no where to be found! I just moved here and not sure how long I’ll stay!! No one hates to move but paying 2000 for something worth 1000 is crazy 😩
