Kenya and the entirety of the service department were phenomenal! Newer to this area, and use my car for work. I had a problem with my brakes sticking, and took it to a recommended local mechanic shop. Worse decision I made. After $3,000.00 and a job not finished, I did what I should have done in the first place, bring it to Baldwin. Their staff was knowledgeable and hospitable. However, the star was Kenya. Had new front end parts installed, took my Taurus for a front end aliment,I explained to Ben Tanner , service advisor that I was going out of town next day and needed an aliment, Ben got me in within minutes and I was on my way after a hour, if I need further advice or service I'll be at Baldwin Ford and see Mr Tanner, this was the best service experience I've ever had.
Went in to get my door looked at. After determining that I needed a new door latch, they told me they would call me when the part was in. After waiting a month I ended up calling them. After being put on hold for 10 minutes and hung up on, my wife was able to get in contact with the parts department. The part had only been ordered five day before I called! I made a 9a appointment online to get my oil changed. I got a babysitter and arrived at 855 only to find out no one was there.
