If I could give less than 1 star I would because the simplicity plan is a complete RIPOFF and a SCAM. My mother was made to believe that her funeral arrangements were covered only to find out that when she passed away, nothing was covered. I couldn't afford to bury her as she wished and had to pay to cremate her. They kept all the money she had paid into this scam. BUYER BEWARE, do not buy into this so called simplicity plan, make other arrangements with a REPUTABLE company.
