RecommendedGreat place to stay if you’re in the area. Close to ludington and big rapids. Baldwin creek lodge is a cozy and quiet property with a variety of cabins and rooms at a reasonable rate. Just a mile from the Pere Marquette River. The Batcke’s offer an up North experience any time of year. Within an hour of crystal mountain and Caberfae Peaks if you’re heading up to hit the local hills for skiing.

I have stayed at Baldwin Creek on three separate occasions, plan on many more. Perfect for fishing outing, pet friendly and more than ample parking for boat, sled whatever. I believe Mike the owner got his start guiding. He knows the area very well for fishing and bird hunting opportunities and will share information. His family has been involved in the Baldwin Mi area fishing / hunting scene for generations, he will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and memorable. Thanks Mike and Staff

Spent Friday night here at the lodge, outstanding accommodations. We fished the Muskegon River Saturday, man what a time! The guide worked with my daughter and I to learn how to fly fish. And we saw good numbers of Kings. We will be going back for steelhead for sure! Big thank you to Mike Batcke and Erick Schenavar!
