Used to be decent.... has gone terribly downhill, especially with the latest horrible receptionist. Unprofessional, rude, poor scheduling, unreliable & very discouraging. Last encounter involved them canceling my cleaning for no good reason to 6 months later with no attempt to reschedule sooner. Stay away! Time to retire!

Dr ginsburg never once looked in my mouth I wasn't able to schedule a cleaning. New year new dentist.

Absolutely one of the most digusting experiences here with the receptionist. She has an Eastern European accent, she did not want to provide her name and it is absolutely shameful that these dentists employ such a person here. She was rude, ill-mannered, and plain disgusting with her attitude. This is how you lose patients and future patients. Stay away from this place. I called the Valley Stream Office, and the secretary- who is lucky that I don't know her name, was very rude and unprofessional when it came to booking. I called as a new patient and she slammed the phone down at the end. Very disrespectful, I would stay far away, and will look for someone else.
